GifGrab pairs a lightweight browser collector with a Mac or Windows desktop queue. It can recognize animated WebP, GIF, MP4, WebM, AVIF, and media hidden behind detail pages; handle thousands of discoveries; skip duplicate files; and optionally convert compatible files to GIF entirely on your computer. The download list starts fresh each time you open the app.

One folder per scan

Each collection gets its own timestamped folder with Originals and GIFs inside. Choose the parent folder by browsing or entering its full path.

Duplicate protection

Matching page addresses and resolved media sources are counted once within a scan. A later scan can download them again into its own folder.

Local GIF conversion

Keep the original file or convert compatible WebP and video animations to GIF using the converter included with the app.
