LibreLayer joined Good Tools as a browser-based layered image editor designed to feel familiar without requiring a large desktop suite or a mandatory cloud upload.

01

Editing workspace

LibreLayer brings layers, nested groups, masks, selections, blend modes, opacity, transforms, text, brushes, shapes, crop, fill, healing, cloning, and adjustments into one browser workspace.

Its goal is not to hide capable tools, but to organize them so common editing work remains understandable. Familiar keyboard shortcuts and recognizable editing controls reduce the amount someone has to relearn.

02

Files and projects

The editor can open common image formats as well as PSD and PSB documents. Finished work can be exported, while an editable LibreLayer project can be saved for later so layers and ongoing work are not flattened prematurely.

03

Privacy and availability

Image processing stays on the device rather than depending on a mandatory editing server. The browser app can also be installed for a more focused workspace and offline use where supported.
